A Resort Hotel is a full-service lodging facility, intended primarily for vacationers and usually located in places frequented for relaxation or recreation, such as beaches, seashores, scenic or historic areas, ski parks, spas. We can say that a Resort is a self-contained establishment, providing for most of a vacationer’s needs while remaining on the premises (lodging, food, drink, sports, entertainment, shopping, etc.).
After 9 months of research, the landowners were finally found, and by 2010, Bay-Ler was bought. Spending everything they had, and against all possible odds, they started to build what they would years later be able to call their second home.
The road was not easy, and the opening took a little longer than expected. The sometimes unfavourable weather conditions, or materials being scarce due to the resort being on a private island, were just a few of the challenges they faced in order to finish their project. In fact, not being able to bring any heavy machinery, such as excavators, cranes, or trucks, meant that everything had to be brought in "bangkas" (the typical local boats of Baler) and had to be built by hand.

Must stay when in Bay-ler View! I enjoyed my trip and staying in this hotel was very convenient to where I need to go and do. Staff were just amazing! All were very friendly to chat with. Excited when they open their roof deck bar & restaurant!
